TyagiFix is a home services platform operated by Tyagione. The platform is intended to help customers discover and request services from independent service professionals.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and when requesting a service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Customers

Customers should provide accurate service requirements, address and contact information. Customers are responsible for being available at the agreed service location and time.

4. Service Professionals

Technicians and service professionals are responsible for providing accurate professional information and for performing services in a professional manner.

Registration does not automatically guarantee that a technician will receive bookings. TyagiFix may require verification before allowing a professional to accept customer requests.

5. Booking

A service request becomes a booking only after the platform confirms it according to the applicable booking process.

Availability, visit charges, service charges and other applicable fees may vary depending on the service, location, technician and other factors.

6. Pricing and Payments

Applicable charges should be displayed or communicated before confirmation where reasonably possible. Payments may be processed through supported payment providers.

Additional work requested by a customer may result in additional charges where applicable and agreed upon.

7. Cancellation

Customers and technicians may be able to cancel a booking subject to the applicable cancellation rules. Cancellation charges or refunds, where applicable, will depend on the circumstances and the platform policy.

8. Independent Professionals

Unless expressly stated otherwise, technicians listed on TyagiFix are independent service professionals and are not automatically employees of Tyagione.

9. User Conduct

Users must not misuse the platform, provide fraudulent information, attempt unauthorized access, abuse other users or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

10. Reviews and Ratings

Users may be allowed to submit ratings and reviews after eligible services. Reviews must be genuine and must not contain abusive, threatening, fraudulent or unlawful content.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy before using the platform.

12. Platform Availability

We aim to keep TyagiFix available and functional, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, network failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
